Kilcor Builders & Design, Inc. (KB&D, Inc.) has been in business for nearly a decade, serving the Sonoma County community since October 1998. We are licensed with the Contractor’s State License Board of California as a General Contractor type B, license # 826359. KB&D, Inc. is Diamond Certified, fully insured, and our liability and workman's compensation certificates are available to our customers upon request.

Richard Phipps the CEO of Kilcor Builders & Design, Inc., has been in the business of building & remodeling for over 20 years. Furthermore, he is well versed in computer-aided drafting, which enables KB&D, Inc. to interface job site conditions with architects/ engineers. Richard’s competency with designing, coupled with his vast building experience, is reflected in KB&D Inc.’s signature mark of creative yet highly practical building designs.
